tomorrow are my salary negotiations.
i'm pretty nervous, whatever happens will make or break this job for me.
if i get what i want, i'll be happy.
if i don't get what i want, i'll probably still keep the job for the experience, but i'll probably not be very happy with it.
i'm expecting them to offer extremely low. but maybe they will surprise me. |

i've started to really enjoy kombucha, for the flavor, and how it makes me feel.
but at close to $3.50 a pop, it adds up too fast.
i was going to spend 30 bucks on a kombucha mother off the net. but then i was reading and someone said you can grow a mother from a bottle of kambucha. just make it like normal then add a bottle of the store bought stuff (i used GT's original). it'll take longer to ferment because there is no mother, and it has to form on its own. if all goes well, in 2 weeks i'll be bottling this shit, then few days later i'll have my own kombucha.
when i start the second batch a daughter "mushroom" will form from the mother. so if anyone wants one to make their own, hit me up.
i'm hoping to replace all the diet soda i drink with kombucha. diet soda taste like shit and isn't very good for you, so it'll be a good swap.
interestingly from my research on the subject, i found out that the Google cafeteria go through gallons of house made kambucha daily for employees. |

everyone tries to tell me guarana is bad for you and your body can't digest it and shit.
but i just searched the internet, expecting to find a bunch of information about how bad it is, and warnings about energy drinks and the such.
but i couldn't find a single site that said it was bad for you, except that it's got caffeine in it.
someone enlighten me on the subject? |

im moving out the 1st.
i'm pretty excited. we're getting a lot of new stuff for our place.
i bought myself a new monitor for my birthday. that was a nice gift to me. my old one wouldn't fit in our new place, 21inch crt monitors are fucking huge.
i got some money and giftcards for my birthday. it will all help out a lot when we move.
my job is going real good, which is nice.

this has been a slow year.
i miss my friends.
i haven't seen anyone as much i'd like.
i spent all year working to pay my bills back.
finally i'll have my parents paid back soon. then i can move out.
still got a shitton more bills though..
after i move i'll just keep one job, with the hopes i'll get to see my friends more. |
